For Addiko’s teambuilding event in Zaton, we designed a rich and dynamic program filled with activities that ensured every participant was engaged and involved. Organizing transportation and timely coordination with the resort were key to the smooth execution of the entire event.

Among the many activities, Tug of War stood out as the perfect combination of physical strength and team coordination, creating a competitive yet fun atmosphere. The Treasure Hunt sparked creativity and problem-solving skills as participants formed teams, explored hidden clues, and tackled challenges together, bringing plenty of laughter and unforgettable moments.

The Pub Quiz added an extra layer of excitement, testing knowledge of pop culture and spurring friendly competition for intriguing prizes, while fostering team bonding. Throughout the event, participants had plenty of time to relax—whether on the beach with a guitar, on the terraces of the mobile homes, or by the pools—creating opportunities for spontaneous fun and enjoyment.
